BeWine Journy Experience

Curated Wine, Olive Oil & Culinary Journeys

BeWine Journeys are curated wine journeys designed as slow, layered processes. They are created for people who seek depth, quality, and meaningful access, and for professional partners who value respectful, serious collaboration.

These journeys are not standard wine tours. Wine is never separated from its wider context: vineyard, soil, climate, people, history, olive oil culture, and local cuisine. Each journey is built around rhythm, attention, and genuine human encounter.

The Philosophy Behind BeWine Journeys

BeWine Journeys are shaped by the philosophy of Slow Food, Slow Wine, and Slow Tourism, an approach I studied and practiced extensively in Italy, guided by Italian wine professionals, culinary artisans, and tourism experts.

This philosophy places time, place, and human connection at the center of the experience. Rather than moving quickly from one highlight to another, BeWine Journeys allow space to walk the vineyard, listen to producers, taste attentively, and understand wine and food as living expressions of culture and land.

The emotion many participants describe is a natural result of this approach. It emerges from intimacy, trust, and carefully chosen encounters — not from spectacle, but from presence.

Each BeWine Journey integrates professional wine tastings with vineyard walks, direct encounters with winemakers, olive oil producers, and culinary artisans, shared meals, local markets, and moments of rest and reflection. The pace is intentional, allowing for genuine understanding rather than surface-level tasting.

Wine, olive oil, and food are approached as one integrated practice — parallel expressions of the same landscape, shaped by soil, climate, tradition, and people.

Professional Wine Tastings

Wine tastings are conducted at a high professional level, tailored to the group’s experience, and prepared in advance in close dialogue with each winery. Tastings may include verticals, single-vineyard wines, or comparative tastings highlighting terroir expression. Each tasting is embedded in a broader narrative of place, time, and craft.

Wine, Olive Oil & Local Food — One Integrated Practice

Across all BeWine Journeys, wine is never explored in isolation. Every journey integrates wine with olive oil culture and local culinary traditions, regardless of region.

Visits to wineries are often paired with encounters in olive groves, oil mills, markets, family kitchens, and artisanal workshops. Shared meals, cooking with local hosts, and encounters with regional ingredients are essential moments of understanding. Food and wine together create trust, depth, and emotional connection.

Where BeWine Journeys Take Place

BeWine Journeys are developed and led in some of Europe’s most significant wine and food regions:

Italy — the foundation of my professional practice. Journeys span all major Italian wine regions, including Piedmont, Veneto, Emilia-Romagna, Tuscany, Campania, and Sicily, integrating wine, olive oil, gastronomy, and seasonal culture.

France (Bordeaux) — in-depth professional journeys across key appellations, combining structured tastings, vineyard work, gastronomy, and encounters with leading estates.

Cyprus — journeys combining wineries, olive groves, boutique producers, and regional food culture, reflecting the Mediterranean agricultural landscape.

How BeWine Journeys Are Created

BeWine Journeys are designed, built, and led in close collaboration with the most experienced professionals in each region. I work with wine and olive oil tourism experts, local educators, producers, chefs, boutique hotels, and fine restaurants, selected through long-term relationships based on trust and shared values.

Logistics are managed with the most serious and established local companies in each region, specializing in transportation, accommodation, and coordination. Each journey is accompanied by a professional team of licensed tour guides and experienced sommeliers.

In every destination, I rely on the best local contacts — people who open doors, share knowledge generously, and value meaningful collaboration.

The journeys are conducted in four languages: Hebrew, English, Italian, and French, allowing them to address diverse international audiences while maintaining clear and respectful communication with local partners.

Positioning, Quality & Pricing Approach

BeWine Journeys are positioned as high-end, premium journeys. They are created for participants who understand that exceptional access, professional guidance, and uncompromising quality require a different level of investment.

Wineries are carefully selected for excellence and identity. Tastings are among the highest level available. Hotels are chosen for character, location, and quality. Restaurants are selected with the same care, and in almost every journey, at least one meal is coordinated at a Michelin-starred restaurant, alongside additional outstanding regional dining experiences.

Pricing reflects this level of quality and ensures focused groups, respectful encounters, and the highest professional standards throughout the journey.

The Spirit of BeWine Journeys

.

BeWine Journeys are created for people who seek depth rather than speed, quality rather than quantity, and connection rather than consumption.

For travelers, they offer access to places, people, and experiences rarely available through standard tourism.
For wineries, producers, hotels, and culinary partners, they offer serious, respectful collaboration with prepared, attentive participants.

This is the spirit in which BeWine Journeys are created — and the spirit in which I invite you to take part.

BeWine Journeys welcome participants and partners who recognize that the most meaningful journeys are those created with care, trust, and time.
