My Way
Where practice, land, and life meet

My work is rooted in the belief that meaningful paths are built slowly — through attention, care, and the courage to stay present with complexity.
For many years, I have worked with vineyards, olive groves, wine, education, and people. These are not separate fields for me. They are living systems that teach patience, responsibility, rhythm, and trust in long processes.
Walking a Complex Path
Over the past decade, my life has included a profound personal challenge. I live with bipolar disorder, a condition that brought periods of deep difficulty and, at times, required psychiatric hospitalization.
This experience did not take me away from my work — it reshaped it.
Living closely with vulnerability, uncertainty, and recovery has sharpened my understanding of balance, limits, and care. It has taught me to listen more deeply — to myself, to others, and to the natural systems I work with.
Rebuilding with Precision
In the past year, I have been rebuilding my life — not by returning to what was, but by choosing what is essential.
My work today is more focused, more precise, and more truthful.
Vineyards and olive trees have accompanied me through this process. Their seasonal rhythm, their resilience, and their long memory continue to guide my way. They remind me that growth is rarely fast, never linear, and always possible.
Practice as a Way of Life
Whether I am designing wine journeys, developing educational programs, or working with partners in different countries, I work from the same place:
respect for land, people, time, and process.
I choose depth over speed, quality over quantity, and long-term relationships over short-term results. My way is grounded, attentive, and human — shaped by experience, not theory alone.
A Shared Journey
My Way is an invitation to walk alongside —
to those who seek meaningful wine journeys,
to educators building living learning environments,
and to partners who value serious, respectful collaboration.
This is not a path of perfection.
It is a path of presence, responsibility, and care.
And it is the path I continue to choose — every day.
