Plenting Roots for the
Next Generation

Our Educational Philosophy

Education in the world of vines and olives begins with the land — and grows through people.
My approach combines hands-on agricultural work with emotional learning, responsibility and a deep sense of belonging.
Through the vineyard and the olive grove, students discover patience, identity, community, and the quiet wisdom of nature.

Where Learning Takes Root

Under this approach, I offer a range of hands-on program

and meaningful educational experiences.
Each one is designed to connect students with land, practice, and identity —
through real work in the vineyard, the olive grove, and the wider cultural world.

 Wine Culture

Vine, Story & Soul

Wine culture celebrates the meeting of land, memory, and belonging.
It invites craftsmanship and emotion to walk together,
honors both tradition and creativity,
and opens a space where people connect through flavor, story, and place.

For over two decades, I have been shaping wine culture through education, tastings, festivals, and journeys —
weaving communities together with the vineyards, the growers,
and the quiet wisdom carried in every bottle.
